The route from Antalya to Kas is more favourable, the distance is a bit longer, but the road is fitted out much better. If you go by car it will take you about 3 hours because of the lots of bends on the way that partly runs along the coast. The road runs through Kemer, Kumluca, Finike, Kale to Kas (map 2). I would like to fetch you with my car or in my minibus (groups) from Antalya or Dalaman but you have to arrange things with me before and pay a special price. You can also take a Dolmus (a low-priced minibus as a line-taxi), of course, but in that case it will take you about 5 hours.
